Job Description
About Us: We are Infiniti Software, a dynamic and fast-growing digital agency specializing in website and mobile app design and development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle new client queries on Fiverr.
- Guide potential clients through the onboarding process.
- Prepare and send project quotes.
- Collaborate with clients to gather detailed requirements.
- Maintain regular communication with clients.
- Assist in upselling additional services.
- Work closely with project management and development teams.
Qualifications: Previous experience in client management or sales, strong communication skills, and a proactive customer-focused mindset.
