Job Description
Amigos BPO is seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist for our expanding call center operations. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of QA experience from a reputable USA-based BPO and possess exceptional listening skills.
Responsibilities:
- Live call monitoring and trend data analysis.
- Daily evaluations of customer departments.
- Providing feedback to teams and management.
- Achieving daily and monthly KPIs.
Qualifications:
- Excellent English communication skills.
- 1 year of call center QA experience is required.
- Proficient in MS-Excel.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical abilities.
