Job Description
HOLISTIC HEALTHCARE SERVICES is hiring a Customer Service Representative to manage customer queries and complaints. You will process orders, modifications, and escalate issues across multiple communication channels. Staying calm under pressure and having computer experience is essential.
Your responsibilities include maintaining a positive and professional attitude, responding promptly to inquiries, and resolving complaints. You will need to know our products well, keep records of interactions, and provide feedback to improve our customer service process.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Internship, Fresher
Contract Length: 24 months
Pay: Rs25,00.00 – Rs35,00.00 per month
Expected Hours: 40 – 48 per week
