HRPSP – Your Strategic HR Partner is seeking a highly motivated SME Executive with expertise in sales management, client relations, and business growth in the SME sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage sales processes in the region.
- Oversee and mentor the sales team.
- Analyze sales data and forecast trends.
- Foster relationships and negotiate contracts.
- Collaborate with teams to enhance service delivery.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- 2-3 years in B2B Sales (telecommunication/ICT preferred).
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in English, Urdu, and Pashto.
Pay: Rs55,00.00 – Rs130,00.00 per month
