Job Description
Smart Intellect is seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist to maintain our product excellence and customer satisfaction. In this role, you will evaluate our products and processes, collaborating with various teams to address quality issues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct quality testing to identify defects.
- Maintain records of testing procedures and results.
- Collaborate with teams to resolve issues.
- Recommend process improvements based on analysis.
- Communicate effectively with team members and departments.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree with 0-1 year of relevant experience.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in QA tools.
- Night shifts required.
Pay: Rs30,00.00 – Rs40,00.00 per month
