Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with other departments to ensure work efficiency.

2. Proficient in case management software.

3. Strong public relations skills for client interactions.

4. Organize and manage documents, including spreadsheets.

5. Review and produce documents, responding to specific requests.

Required Skills:

Minimum Bachelor Degree

Verbal and Non-Verbal English communication

Experience with SAP and CRM software is a plus.
