The AR Follow-up Specialist will manage outstanding accounts receivable within the revenue cycle management process. Fluency in English is required to communicate with our diverse client base. Night shifts only.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contact patients and insurance companies to collect outstanding debts.
- Negotiate payment plans and settlements.
- Maintain accurate records of collection activities.
- Resolve billing and insurance claim issues promptly.
- Provide exceptional customer service.
Qualifications:
- 1 year of collections experience in medical billing is required.
- Strong understanding of medical billing processes.
- Fluency in advanced English is required.
Job Type: Full-time | Pay: Rs65,00.00 – Rs100,00.00 per month
