• Strong experience in ServiceNow development
• Hands-on experience in IT service management process design
• Understanding of ServiceNow Enterprise product suite
• Fundamental knowledge of key technologies for ServiceNow integration solutions
• Ability to translate business concepts into technical solutions
• Web portal development skills (HTML, CSS, Angular JS, Bootstrap)
• Experience in Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog, Request, and CMDB processes

Primary Skills

• ServiceNow ITSM with CSA or CAD Certifications
• ServiceNow Migration/Integration
• Scripting experience (JavaScript, Client Script, Server Script)
