Job Description
Next Gen Technologies is a leading Performance Marketing Company based in Rawalpindi, specializing in pay per call, pay per lead, and cost per acquisition models. We are seeking full-time Call Center Agents for Home Improvement.
As a Call Center Agent, you will provide customer support via phone, email, and live chat, ensuring customer satisfaction and resolving inquiries.
Qualifications:
- Customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and active listening skills
- Positive attitude with problem-solving abilities
- High school diploma or equivalent
Note: This is a USA-based call center with night shift hours. Freshers and females are encouraged to apply!
