Responsibilities:
- Assess calls for quality assurance.
- Evaluate calls and provide feedback for improvement.
- Maintain reports using Excel.
- Perform additional tasks assigned by Operations Managers.
Requirements:
- Experience in call assessment for quality purposes.
- At least one year of recent experience on Medicare Campaign.
- Willingness to work Night Shift (6:30 PM – 4:30 AM).
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to Rs35,00.00 per month
