Job Duties & Responsibilities:

• Attract potential customers by answering questions about products and services.
• Open and maintain customer accounts.
• Resolve product or service issues.
• Manage airline and shipping records.
• Monitor shipments and prepare export documentation.
• Coordinate with Sea Port & Airport staff.
