Job Description
Gourmet Foods is hiring an Assistant Branch Manager – Retail to support the Branch Manager in daily store operations and retail execution. You will drive sales targets and branch profitability, supervise, train, and motivate staff, ensure efficient operations and excellent customer service, manage inventory, stock control, and loss prevention, and maintain compliance with company policies, SOPs, and audit standards. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree; 2–4 years in retail operations (minimum 1 year as Assistant Branch Manager preferred); FMCG experience desirable; sales-driven with strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills; able to work under pressure. Job Type: Full-time. Work Location: In person.
