Job Description
Lead regional sales and distribution activities across Multan. Drive territory growth by developing relationships with key accounts, managing channel partners, and executing targeted sales plans. Monitor market trends, forecast demand, and achieve quarterly sales targets. Coordinate with operations, marketing, and customer service to ensure product availability and customer satisfaction. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree, 3+ years in sales or territory management (pharma or FMCG preferred), strong negotiation and leadership skills, valid driver’s license, and willingness to travel within the territory. Proven track record of meeting targets and building teams is a plus.
