Job Description
This full-time, on-site Fresh CSR Agent role at At Law Communications in Rawalpindi is a night shift position (7:00 PM–5:00 AM). You will provide phone, email, and live chat support, resolve customer inquiries, escalate issues to management, follow up, and maintain accurate records to enhance customer satisfaction. Requirements: strong communication and active listening, positive attitude, problem-solving skills, customer service ability; experience preferred; high school diploma or equivalent (Business Administration focus preferred).
