Job Description
CHANGAN GULMOTORS is hiring a full-time, on-site Customer Care Representative in Karachi. You will handle incoming and outgoing calls, deliver excellent support, resolve inquiries and complaints, ensure timely follow-ups, and maintain accurate interaction records while following company policies. Candidates should have strong verbal communication, problem-solving, multitasking, and time-management skills, with familiarity with call center systems preferred. A high school diploma or equivalent is required; customer service certifications and prior experience are advantageous. Job type: Full-time, Fresher. Salary: Rs30,00–Rs40,00/month. Work location: In person.
