Job Description
Mustafa Developers seeks a Regulatory Affairs Specialist to manage DHA Islamabad liaison and documentation. Responsibilities include visiting DHA offices for submissions, approvals, and follow-ups; coordinating with DHA Authority staff, consultants, and architects to ensure timely processing; preparing regulatory documents (NOCs, approvals, completion documents, demand notices, challans), drafting formal/legal letters, affidavits, and undertakings; maintaining records and file movement logs; and ensuring accuracy, compliance, confidentiality, and professional representation. Required: BBA/MBA (LLB preferred), 3–4 years liaison/documentation experience (DHA experience preferred), excellent written and verbal communication, negotiation skills, and ability to work under pressure. Job Type: Full-time. Pay: Rs60,00–Rs80,00/month. Work Location: On the road.
