Job Description
Golden Hawk Technologies seeks a full-time Customer Support Executive in DHA Phase 2, Islamabad. Shifts: 1–10 PM, 2–11 PM, or 3–12 AM. Manage client requests, coordinate teams and contractors, handle inbound sales, prepare and close job scopes, track CRM records, and resolve issues to grow accounts and meet conversion targets. Requires bachelor’s degree, fluent English, strong organization, persuasion, time-management, and problem-solving. In-person role. Salary Rs80,00–Rs100,00/month plus performance incentives.
