Job Description

Global Touch seeks a motivated female Call Center Agent for a full-time night shift (5:00 PM–2:00 AM) at our Blue Area, Islamabad office. Responsibilities include handling inbound/outbound calls, providing product information, closing sales, responding via phone/email/chat, resolving complaints, maintaining CRM records, and meeting sales targets. Requirements: 1–2 years in customer service or sales, Intermediate or bachelor’s degree preferred, strong English and Urdu communication skills, basic MS Office/CRM knowledge, and willingness to work nights.
