Job Description
Mars BPO seeks an Outbound Sales Representative for the Frontier campaign. Responsibilities include making outbound calls, presenting services, verifying client details, adhering to scripts, and meeting sales targets. Night shifts required.
- Requirements: strong spoken English, excellent listening and communication, basic computer and typing skills.
- Experience in sales or call centers preferred; fresh graduates encouraged to apply.
- Compensation: fixed salary + commission (Rs35,00–45,00/month), performance bonuses, full training, and career growth opportunities.
