Job Description
We are seeking a proactive and experienced Team Lead for Revenue Cycle Management to oversee billing, collections, coding accuracy, and denials management. The incumbent will lead a team, optimize workflows, ensure regulatory and payer compliance, analyze performance metrics, and implement process improvements to maximize cash flow and reduce aging.
- Responsibilities: supervise daily RCM operations, resolve escalations, drive KPI improvements, and standardize best practices.
- Qualifications: 5+ years in RCM, strong leadership and communication skills, deep knowledge of billing systems, payer rules, and performance metrics; proven coaching ability.
