Job Description
Eposmatic is seeking a full-time Support & Data Entry Specialist to join our Customer Support team in Islamabad. The role involves providing first-level support via calls and WhatsApp, troubleshooting software issues, updating restaurant menus, pricing and staff information, and following up to ensure satisfactory resolution.
- Requirements: Bachelor’s degree; customer support or data entry experience preferred; advanced MS Excel/Google Sheets skills.
- Fluent English and Urdu (spoken and written); detail-oriented; able to multitask in a fast-paced team.
- Schedule: Monday–Saturday, 8:30 AM–5:30 PM. On-site. Compensation: Rs30,00–Rs70,00/month.
