Job Description
Spark Scale seeks a proactive, detail-oriented Upwork Bidder to support business development. You will monitor Upwork daily for Web Development, Digital Marketing, and SEO opportunities; compose customized, persuasive proposals; manage initial client communications and schedule interviews with our technical team. You will also optimize agency and individual Upwork profiles and maintain daily records of bids, responses, interviews, and conversion rates.
Requirements:
- Proven Upwork bidding experience
- Excellent written English
- Understanding of Upwork strategies and client behavior
- Ability to work independently and meet daily targets
