Job Description
CG Global Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a full-time, in-person Customer Service Executive based in Clifton, Block 9. Compensation: Rs50,00–Rs70,00 per month.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls; assist guests with inquiries and bookings.
- Address and resolve complaints, log interactions in the CRM, and escalate complex issues.
- Requirements: minimum 1 year of customer service experience, strong verbal and written communication, ability to manage high call volumes, proactive attitude, problem-solving skills, and CRM proficiency.
