Job Description
Ventures, a U.S.-based brokerage, seeks a full-time Customer Service and Booking Specialist. The role involves handling 15–20 inbound/outbound calls daily, contacting warm leads provided by the company, explaining services, pricing, and shipments, converting leads into bookings, and maintaining accurate records in the company system.
Requirements:
- 6–12 months customer support or call-handling experience (U.S./UK processes preferred)
- Excellent English, professional phone manner, persuasive communication
- Basic sales/customer-service knowledge and a positive, team-oriented attitude
Schedule: 7:30 PM–4:30 AM, in person. We offer a stable base salary, performance-based commissions, transparent payouts, training, and opportunities for long-term growth within a supportive team.
