Job Description
Systems Limited is seeking a skilled Technical Recruiter. In this role, you will:
- Source and attract candidates across various platforms.
- Screen technical skills and qualifications.
- Build relationships with candidates.
- Maintain an active candidate pipeline.
- Meet submission targets and maintain records in the ATS.
- Collaborate with managers for efficient interview processes.
- Ensure compliance with recruitment procedures.
Requirements include 1-3 years of international recruitment experience, proficiency in US recruitment processes, excellent communication skills, and a willingness to work US hours (5:30 PM onwards).
