Job Description
We are seeking Phone Banking Officers to manage inbound and outbound customer calls, present banking products, and deliver outstanding service. This is a full-time, on-site role suitable for fresh graduates.
- Key duties: handle customer inquiries, conduct outbound outreach, promote banking solutions, and resolve issues efficiently.
- Requirements: Bachelor’s degree, under 30 years old, strong communication and problem-solving skills, and willingness to work rotating shifts (morning/evening/night).
- Compensation: Rs45,00–Rs50,00 per month, performance-based incentives, and opportunities for career progression within the banking sector.
