Job Description
Star Fabrics seeks an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead HR operations. Responsibilities include administering HR policies; managing recruitment, selection, and recruitment process improvements; monitoring HR metrics (turnover, cost-per-hire); overseeing attendance and payroll; maintaining HRIS and employee records; handling grievances and conducting exit interviews; setting HR team objectives; reviewing departmental budgets; and ensuring timely responses to employee requests.
- Qualification: Bachelor’s or Master’s in Human Resources (or equivalent)
- Experience: 8–10 years in HR
- Employment: Full-time, on-site
- Salary: Rs100,00–Rs120,00 per month
