Job Description
We seek a Truck Dispatch Manager to lead daily dispatch operations, coordinate drivers, optimize routes, and ensure timely deliveries. You will manage schedules, assign loads, monitor fleet performance, resolve delays, and maintain DOT compliance. Lead and train a small dispatch team, communicate with clients, and use TMS software to track shipments and KPIs.
- Minimum 3 years freight dispatch experience
- Proven leadership and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and knowledge of routing and safety regulations
