Job Description
Emploiscareer seeks an experienced Truck Dispatcher to lead on-site dispatch operations at our Model Town, Lahore office. The successful candidate will source and book profitable freight using load boards (DAT, Truckstop), negotiate rates with brokers, coordinate drivers, resolve disruptions, and supervise a team of dispatchers while maintaining client communication.
- Responsibilities: load-board sourcing, rate negotiation, driver coordination, route planning, performance monitoring, and team oversight.
- Requirements: 2+ years in dispatch/logistics, proven leadership, excellent English (written & spoken), strong analytical skills, proficiency with dispatch software and MS Office, and availability for night shifts.
- Employment: full-time, on-site. Compensation up to Rs80,00 per month.
