Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to lead and coach Agile teams, facilitate Scrum ceremonies, remove impediments, and drive continuous improvement to ensure timely delivery of high-quality software.
- Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Track sprint progress, identify and resolve blockers, and coordinate with stakeholders.
- Foster a collaborative, results-driven culture and mentor team members on Scrum practices.
Qualifications: 3+ years in Agile/Scrum environments or CSM/PSM certification, strong communication skills, a servant-leader mindset, and experience with Jira or equivalent tools.
