Job Description
Alpha Logistics LLC seeks experienced Chat Support Agents for full-time, in-person roles in Gulberg 2, Lahore. Shifts available: Morning (8am–4pm), Evening (4pm–12am), Night (12am–8am).
Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly and accurately to customer inquiries via chat.
- Identify customer needs, guide use of features, and resolve issues.
- Monitor social media complaints and coordinate with relevant departments.
Qualifications: prior chat support experience preferred; typing speed 30–40 wpm. Salary: Rs35,00–Rs45,00 per month. Work location: in person.
