Job Description
We are hiring a full-time Night-Shift Customer Service Representative (8:00 PM–5:00 AM) to work onsite at 491 Pak Block, Allama Iqbal Town, Lahore. The role involves managing calls, chat, and email for US customers; a strong American English accent and clear, professional communication are required.
- Requirements: Minimum 3 years CSR experience (packaging sales preferred); fluent American English; excellent verbal and written skills; confident handling phone/chat/email; strong multitasking ability and reliable commute.
- Compensation and benefits: Rs50,00/month plus commission, structured training, professional work environment, and career growth opportunities.
