Job Description
CONNECT COMMUNICATION seeks an experienced Female HR Officer to join our busy call center. The role includes managing recruitment and onboarding, addressing employee relations and grievances, coordinating training and development, maintaining personnel records, ensuring regulatory compliance, and advising team leaders on HR matters.
- Qualifications: MBA/MHRM or relevant degree
- Experience: 1–2 years in HR; call center experience preferred
- Skills: strong communication and problem-solving abilities; fluent in English and Urdu
- Salary: PKR 25,00–30,00/month • Full-time • On-site
