Job Description

Capgemini is seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide L3 SQL support for production issues and develop SQL queries throughout the software development lifecycle. Key responsibilities include:

• Providing production support and performance troubleshooting.
• Strong experience in Unix Shell scripting and SQL.
• Applying best practices for tuning SQL queries and databases.
• Analyzing workloads and recommending optimal index design.
• Reviewing database structure changes for best practices compliance.
• Ensuring application design and code integrity, security, and performance.
