Job Description

ITShift Technologies is hiring five full-time Digital Marketing Executives to join our in‑house marketing team in Islamabad (onsite). Salary: Rs80,00–Rs120,00/month.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute high-performance digital and offline campaigns to drive lead generation and customer acquisition.
• Manage and scale social media and content channels; analyze and optimize campaign performance.
• Collaborate with sales, design, and product teams to achieve growth targets.

Requirements: Bachelor’s in Marketing/Business, 1–3 years of marketing experience (high-potential graduates encouraged to apply), strong digital marketing, social media, and content strategy skills, excellent communication and problem‑solving abilities, and a results‑oriented mindset.
