Job Description
We are seeking a Lead Electrical & Automation Engineer to manage electrical and control systems across production facilities. In this role you will oversee design, installation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of PLC, SCADA, and drive systems while leading a team of technicians and engineers and coordinating cross-functional projects.
- Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field; 7+ years in industrial automation.
- Core skills: Advanced PLC/HMI programming, SCADA expertise, drive system optimization, systematic troubleshooting, and strong project management.
- Responsibilities: Ensure safety and regulatory compliance, mentor staff, and deliver reliable, efficient automation solutions.
- Certifications in safety or automation are advantageous.
