Job Description
We are seeking a driven Market Development Executive based in Multan to grow pharmaceutical sales and territory presence. Required: Bachelor’s degree (Pharm‑D, Business Administration, or related). Preferably 2+ years in pharmaceutical or healthcare sales; fresh graduates will be considered.
Key skills: strong product knowledge, excellent communication, Microsoft Office proficiency, self‑motivation, resilience, valid driver’s license, and willingness to travel. This is a full‑time, in‑person role.
- Identify and convert business opportunities; execute territory plans
- Engage healthcare professionals, institutions, and distributors; conduct product detailing
- Grow accounts, report market intelligence, support brand activities, and ensure compliance
Salary: Rs40,00–Rs45,00 per month.
