Job Description
M I Enterprises seeks a full-time, in-person HR & Payroll Officer in Faisalabad. The role covers end-to-end recruitment and onboarding, documentation, monthly payroll preparation and salary disbursement, attendance, leave and overtime tracking, employee records maintenance, HR policy compliance, and coordination with management.
- Qualification: Bachelor’s degree (HR/BBA preferred)
- Experience: 2–3 years in HR and payroll
- Skills: strong payroll processing knowledge, effective communication and coordination, proficiency in MS Excel and HR systems
- Salary: Rs55,00–Rs60,00 per month (market competitive, based on experience)
