Job Description
Globe Call Centre seeks experienced UK Taxi Dispatchers to strengthen our Islamabad team. The role involves managing incoming cab bookings, assigning drivers, monitoring routes and performance using dispatch systems and GPS tools, maintaining accurate trip records, and ensuring compliance with company policies to deliver safe and timely passenger transport.
- Qualifications: Minimum 1 year of taxi/transport dispatch experience; familiarity with dispatch/GPS platforms; excellent communication; calm, decisive performance under pressure; strong multitasking and problem-solving abilities.
- Workplace: Full-time, in-person at Plot No. 206, East Service Road, I‑10/3, Islamabad.
