Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Manager, Global Analytics to lead a cross-functional analytics organization and drive data-informed decisions across markets. You will set analytics strategy, oversee global analysts, develop advanced statistical models and dashboards, and partner with product, marketing, and finance to translate insights into measurable business outcomes. This role reports to the Head of Insights and will influence global growth initiatives.
- 8+ years in analytics, including managing international teams
- Proficiency in SQL, Python or R, and BI tools (Tableau, Looker)
- Strong statistical modeling, stakeholder management, and strategic communication skills
- MBA or advanced degree preferred
