Job Description
Job Duties & Responsibilities:
- Attract customers by answering questions about products and services.
- Open customer accounts and maintain accurate records.
- Resolve product or service issues effectively.
- Manage transactions and data entry using company software.
- Monitor shipments and prepare export documentation.
- Coordinate with port and airport staff for shipment handling.
Qualifications: BBA/B.Com/MBA/M.Com
Experience: Freshers welcome.
