Job Description
Arpatech (Pvt.) Ltd is seeking a Junior Sales Executive with 6 months to 1 year of outbound sales or cold-calling experience, preferably in international markets. The ideal candidate will proactively generate and qualify leads, coordinate outreach, and support the sales team in closing opportunities.
- Responsibilities: identify international prospects; conduct outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach; qualify leads; arrange meetings or demos; maintain accurate CRM records.
- Requirements: excellent communication and persuasion skills, ability to manage international clients and time zones, self-motivated, target-oriented, and resilient. Familiarity with CRM tools and follow-up strategies is a plus.
Location: Sindhi Muslim, Karachi. Shift: 6 PM–3 AM. Job Type: Full-time, in person.
