Job Description
Progressive Resource seeks an empathetic Inbound Sales Representative to handle incoming inquiries for a U.S.-based home care client. Serve as the primary contact for seniors and families, guiding prospects from initial inquiry to signed agreements via phone, email, and digital leads.
- Qualify leads; explain services, pricing, and contracts; close sales and follow up warm prospects.
- Coordinate onboarding, referrals, and client transitions; maintain accurate CRM records.
- Meet response, conversion, and revenue targets while complying with HIPAA and company policies.
- Qualifications: 1+ year inbound/inside sales or customer service (healthcare preferred), CRM proficiency, strong verbal and written communication; HS diploma required, BA preferred. Full-time, in-person, U.S. business hours.
