Job Description

We are seeking a professional Customer Service Representative for the night shift to support customers via phone, email, and chat from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM. Key duties include troubleshooting account issues, processing orders and returns, escalating complex matters, and maintaining accurate CRM records. Candidates must possess strong English communication, patience, and effective problem-solving skills. Night availability and flexibility for rotating schedules are required. Prior customer service experience and basic computer proficiency are preferred.
