Job Description

Hire Solutions seeks a results-driven Medical Billing Manager for a strictly onsite, full-time position in I-8, Islamabad. Schedule: Monday–Friday (Sat/Sun off), 6:00 PM–2:00 AM. Candidates must have 5–10 years of hands-on medical billing experience with proven expertise in end-to-end billing, revenue cycle management, compliance, and performance optimization.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage billing operations and lead performance-focused teams
• Maintain professional client communications; set appointments and close leads
• Ensure compliance, resolve issues, and sustain long-term client relationships

This managerial role requires strong decision-making, problem-solving, and operational leadership. Salary: Rs130,00–Rs150,00/month; competitive details discussed at interview. Applicants without relevant medical billing experience should not apply.
