Job Description
ITLOGI LTD is seeking an experienced Taxi Dispatcher to oversee London minicab operations from our Lahore office. This in-person position can be full- or part-time. The dispatcher will handle inbound bookings, assign jobs using dispatch software, monitor drivers via GPS, communicate updates to drivers and customers, and resolve operational issues promptly.
- Responsibilities: manage bookings, assign jobs, monitor GPS, provide timely communication, and troubleshoot incidents.
- Requirements: prior taxi dispatch experience (London experience preferred), familiarity with dispatch software and GPS systems, strong communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills, and availability for flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
- Compensation: Rs60,00 per month.
