Job Description
We are a dynamic marketing firm seeking motivated professionals to drive lead generation through outbound calling. The Call Center Representative will make cold calls to generate qualified leads, identify decision-makers, maintain a prospect pipeline, record interactions in CRM, and collaborate with marketing and sales to improve conversion rates. Comprehensive training on our marketing services and sales process is provided.
- Requirements: strong verbal communication, basic lead-generation knowledge, self-motivation, and the ability to work independently; prior cold-calling or telemarketing experience is a plus.
