Job Description
We are seeking a Client Operations Executive to join our B2B team to manage client onboarding, account maintenance, and day-to-day service delivery. The role requires coordinating cross-functional teams to resolve issues, monitor SLAs, and ensure sustained client satisfaction.
- Key responsibilities: lead client onboarding, maintain clear client communication, track performance metrics, manage escalations, and refine operational processes.
- Collaboration: work closely with Sales, Product, and Support to deliver seamless service.
- Qualifications: 2+ years in B2B client operations or account management, strong communication and problem-solving skills, familiarity with CRM tools, attention to detail, proactive and customer-focused.
