Job Description
Abacus Outsourcing seeks a full-time Customer Support Officer. Minimum qualification: intermediate education. The successful candidate will manage and process support tickets, coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues, maintain accurate records, and ensure timely follow-ups.
Work schedule: 8-hour rotational shifts (morning, evening, night). Required skills: basic English, strong verbal and written communication, ability to multitask and handle multiple conversations, flexibility to work all shifts, and familiarity with social media tools and customer service ethics. Position is on-site.
Salary: Rs40,00–Rs45,00 per month.
