Job Description
We are seeking a full-time FTTH Manager with 5–6 years’ experience to lead O&M and field operations for GPON, metro, carrier and metro-access networks. Responsibilities include OFC rehabilitation and upgrades, contingency and traffic diversion planning, ring completion for resilience, arranging fiber pairs, coordinating with government authorities, preparing p-deposit bills, and replacing problematic aerial sections. The role requires producing daily/weekly/monthly cable-cut and PMR reports, performing PMR repairs, updating GIS/KMZ cable routes, conducting PAT before takeovers, managing stores and tool replenishment, and improving SQIs by closing audit observations.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree required. This is an in-person, full-time position. Salary: Rs 90,00–Rs 120,00 per month.
